• Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 3–5 working days of order confirmation.
• Made-to-order and bridal pieces require 4–8 weeks, as they are crafted for you.
• Delivery within Hyderabad typically takes 1–3 days after dispatch; other parts of India 3–7 days.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹350 applies to orders below ₹15,000. Orders of ₹15,000 and above enjoy complimentary shipping across India.

Order Confirmation

Every order is confirmed by our team over phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Please ensure your mobile number and delivery address (with PIN code) are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.

Packaging

Bridal and occasion wear is packed with care in protective packaging so your outfit arrives in perfect condition. Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery.

Store Pickup

You are always welcome to collect your order from our store at Shahran Market, Hyderabad, open all week from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
