Return & Exchange Policy
Please read carefully before placing your order.
No Returns Once Delivered
Once an order has been delivered and accepted, we are unable to offer any return, refund, or exchange. This policy applies to all products, including bridal wear, party wear, sarees, suits, and dupattas, whether purchased online or in store.
Inspect at the Time of Delivery
We request you to kindly inspect your outfit at the moment of delivery, in the presence of the delivery person. If the item is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product, please refuse the delivery or report it to us on WhatsApp at +91 93919 39060 immediately at the time of delivery, with photographs. Issues reported after the delivery is accepted cannot be entertained.
Made-to-Order & Bridal Pieces
Made-to-order, customised, and bridal pieces are created especially for you and are strictly not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once confirmed.
Colour & Craft Variations
Slight variations in colour, embroidery, or finish are a natural part of handcrafted garments and screen differences, and are not considered defects.
Before You Order
To help you choose with confidence, our team is happy to share additional photographs, videos, fabric details, and measurements of any piece on WhatsApp before you place your order. You are also welcome to visit our store at Shahran Market, Hyderabad, open all week from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, to experience the collection in person.
